BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute all documents
necessary to accept funding in.the amount of$52,000.00 from the Texas Department of
State Health Services (D.S.H.S.)for the Sexually Transmitted Disease and Tuberculosis
Elimination Divisions.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 11th day of
May, 2010.
