RESOLUTION NO. 10-118
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
WHEREAS,the City Council has conducted a public hearing concerning reallocation
of$105,000 from the 2008 HOME Program's Down Payment Assistance Program to a New
Construction Program line item to provide funding to Jehovah Jireh Community
Development Center for construction assistance for seven (7) new homes;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to reallocate $105,000 from the
2008 HOME Program's Down Payment Assistance Program to a New Construction
Program line item.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager be and he is authorized to
execute a contract with Jehovah Jireh Village Community Development Center to provide
construction assistance for seven (7) new homes in the amount of$105,000.
