BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute a contract with Keough
and Jones Electric Company, of Lake Charles, Louisiana, in the amount of$71,042.00 to
furnish and install a variable frequency drive, electric motor, and control room air
conditioning equipment at Tyrrell Park Lift Station.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 4th day of May,
2010.
