BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manger be and he is hereby authorized to execute a contract, with a three
(3) year renewal option, for fire, extended coverage, flood and quake property insurance
in the amount of$1,274,376.79 through McGriff, Seibels&Williams as broker for primary
coverage with Great American Insurance Company and catastrophic coverage with
AmRisc, Landmark American, Lexington and Westchester effective May 1, 2010.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 4th day of May,
2010.
