BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute a contract with Brystar
Contracting, Inc., Beaumont,Texas, in the amount of$2,105,056.80 forthe East Lucas Lift
Station and Force Main and Interceptor Rehabilitation Project to furnish all labor,materials,
and equipment to construct a new lift station, furnish and install 11,653 linear feet of
sanitary sewer force main, 862 linear feet of 24-inch PVC gravity sanitary sewer and
related appurtenances including a radio antenna for SCADA communications.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 20th day of April,
2010.
