WHEREAS, the claim of John Sells has been discussed in an Executive Session
properly called and held Tuesday, March 2, 2010; and,
WHEREAS, the Council desires to authorize the settlement of the claim;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Attorney be and he is hereby authorized to settle the claim of John Sells in
the amount of Fourteen Thousand One Hundred Seventy-Two Dollars ($14,172).
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 9th day of
March, 2010.
