BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute all documents
necessary, specifically including a contract with the Southeast Texas Auto Theft Task
Force ("Task Force") and the City of Port Arthur, to transfer title of a 2007 Ford F150,
purchased in the name of the City of Beaumont, to the City of Port Arthur for use by the
Task Force.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 9th day of
March, 2010.
