THAT the penalty and interest on the tax account listed on Exhibit'A"attached hereto and
made a part hereof for all purposes, be and they are hereby waived pursuant to Section
33.011 of the Texas Property Code as the taxpayer's failure to pay was caused by a billing
error or similar mistake.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 2nd day of
