BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a document furnishing a waiver
to the Jefferson County Mosquito Control District for the purpose of allowing their aircraft
to fly at low altitudes over the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 2nd day of
February, 2010.

The Jefferson County Mosquito Control District is authorized to fly at low altitudes as
required for the application of pesticides for the control of mosquitoes within the limits of City of
Beaumont, Texas. Jefferson County Mosquito Control operates in accordance with all Federal
and State Rules and Regulations governing this type of application.
