BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the purchase of eight(8)para-transit buses for the
Beaumont Municipal Transit System from Texas Bus Sales of Houston in the amount of
$865,358.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 19th day of
January, 2010.
