WHEREAS, bids were solicited forthe Fannin Street Drainage Improvement Project;
and,
WHEREAS, Reytec Construction Resources, Inc., of Houston, Texas, submitted a
bid in the amount of $4,992,554.15; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Reytec
Construction Resources, Inc., should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Reytec Construction Resources, Inc.,of Houston,Texas, in the
amount of$4,992,554.15 forthe Fannin Street Drainage Improvement Project be accepted
by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 19th day of
January, 2010.
