BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute a contract with M K
Painting, Inc., of Wyandotte, Michigan, for the Loeb Steel Ground Storage Tank
Rehabilitation Project in the amount of $127,000 to furnish all labor, materials, and
equipment to replace the exterior clear coat of the existing five million gallon Loeb Steel
Ground Storage Tank and to furnish all labor, materials, and equipment to install
approximately 475 linear feet of 6-inch box style radius gutter with 10 down spouts and
splash pads and to repaint all yard piping, valves, conduits, booster pumps, and well pump
including surface preparation.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 19th day of
January, 2010.
