WHEREAS, bids were received for a three (3) year contract for plumbing services
for City facilities; and,
WHEREAS, All Star Plumbing, Beaumont, Texas, submitted a bid for an estimated
total annual expenditure of$42,750 in the unit amounts as shown below:

and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by All Star
Plumbing, Beaumont, Texas, should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid in the unit amounts shown above submitted by All Star Plumbing, Beaumont,
Texas, for a three (3) year contract for plumbing services for City facilities be accepted by
the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 12th day of
