BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager and the Chief of Police be and they are hereby authorized to
execute a request for permission from the State of Texas 1033 Surplus Program Director
and all otherdocuments necessary to transfer to the Jefferson County Sheriff's Department
an OH-58 helicopter received by the City of Beaumont in 1999.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 8th day of
December, 2009.
