BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to approve the purchase of an
expansion of the Microwave Point to Point Network from Motorola of Houston, Texas, in
the amount of$98,939 through the Houston-Galveston Area Council (H-GAC)Cooperative
Purchasing Program.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 24th day of
November, 2009.
