BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves a sixty (60) month lease for forty-seven (47)
photocopiers for use by various City departments from Better Business Machines of
Beaumont through the Region V Southeast Texas Cooperative Purchasing Organization
in the amount of $89,724 per year.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 13th day of
October, 2009.
