BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to receive funding up to $528,000
through the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Hazard Mitigation Grant
Program to be used to enable the City of Beaumont's Emergency Operation Center/911
Communication Center to support emergency lighting and air conditioning.

September, 2009.
