BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute all documents
necessary to accept grant funding from the Texas Department of State Health Services
(D.S.H.S.)forthe Community Preparedness Section-Public Health Emergency Response
in the amount of $198,587.00.
