BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute contracts with the
owners of homes flooded during Hurricane Ike for the provision of relocation assistance
through the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program's Acquisition and Demolition Program as
described below:

FEMA Grant Amount (at 75%) $29,775.00
