BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the payment of $86,055.51 to Mustang Cat of
Beaumont, Texas, for the emergency repair of a 1992 Caterpillar 826 Compactor.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 11th day of
August, 2009.
