WHEREAS, bids were solicited for an annual contract for heating, ventilation, and
air conditioning (HVAC) repair and service for City-owned HVAC equipment; and,
WHEREAS,Associated Mechanical Services, Inc.,of Nederland,Texas, submitted
a bid for an estimated amount of $87,437.50 in the unit amounts shown below:

WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Associated
Mechanical Services, Inc., of Nederland, Texas, should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Associated Mechanical Services, Inc.,of Nederland,Texas,for
an annual contract for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment repair
and service for City-owned HVAC equipment for an estimated annual cost of$87,437.50
in the unit amounts shown above be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 11th day of
August, 2009.
