BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to apply for and accept grant
funding through the FY 2009 American Recovery and Reinvestment Act Assistance to
Firefighters Fire Station Construction Grants Program for the relocation and construction
of Fire Stations No. 1, 2, 7 and 11.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 16th day of
June, 2009.
