BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the purchase of two (2) modular buildings in the
amount of$82,890 from Ramtech Building Systems through the Houston-Galveston Area
Council (H-GAC) Cooperative Purchasing Program for use by the Fire Department.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 16th day of
June, 2009.
