BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the pledge and release by Capital One Bank of
the following security which is held as collateral at the Federal Reserve Bank, effective May
27, 2009:
