BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Attorney is hereby authorized to file and prosecute a lawsuit against Holiday
Inn Midtown, Beaumont, Texas, to collect delinquent hotel occupancy taxes.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 16th day of
June, 2009.
