BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the purchase of a trailer-mounted Kohler Power
Systems DC17 generator in the amount of $102,471.50 from Loftin Equipment Co. of
Houston, Texas, through the Houston-Galveston Area Council (H-GAC) Cooperative
Purchasing Program for use by the Water Utilities Department.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 2nd day of June,
2009.
