WHEREAS, bids were solicited for a contract for website redesign for the
Convention and Visitors Bureau; and,
WHEREAS, Simpleview, Inc., of Tuscon,Arizona, submitted a bid in the amount of
$103,385; and,
WHEREAS,City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Simpleview, Inc.,
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Simpleview, Inc., in the amount of$103,385 for a contract for
website redesign for the Convention and Visitors Bureau be accepted by the City of
Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 2nd day of June,
2009.
