BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute a contract with Chief
Solutions, Inc., of Houston, Texas, in the amount of$201,620.00 for the 36-inch Sanitary
Sewer Maintenance Clean and Televise Contract IA to clean and televise 9,736 linear feet
of 36-inch and 229 linear feet of 48-inch sanitary sewer lines.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 2nd day of June,
2009.
