BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the purchase of a vacuum truck from Southwest
International Trucks, Inc., in the amount of$244,237 through the BuyBoard Cooperative
Purchasing Program.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 2nd day of June,
2009.
