WHEREAS,an agreement has been negotiated forthe acquisition of property in the
Van Wormer Addition as shown below for the Downtown Event Center and Lake Park:
• Lots 7 and 8, Block 26, Van Wormer Addition (782-790 Crockett)
Value: $38,000.00
Owners: Mary Jane Zummo
• Lots 8 and 9, FRC Lot 7, Block 30, Van Wormer Addition (860
Bonham)
Value: $20,000.00
Owners: Brandon Bryan Jr., Patsy L. Vallee Foret and
Carole Ann Vallee, individually and as surviving
partners in Bryan Investments
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the above described property be, and the same is hereby,
approved.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 2nd day of June,
2009.
