BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to apply for and accept funding
from the Texas Comptroller's Office to be used to cover overtime costs required for the
enforcement of Texas tobacco laws.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 5th day of May,
2009.
