BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Attorney or his designee is hereby authorized to file and prosecute a lawsuit
against Entergy Texas, Inc., to recover overcharges resulting from street lighting billing
errors.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 5th day of May,
2009.
