BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute a contract with Allco,
Ltd., Beaumont, Texas, in the amount of $119,293.60 for the Sanitary Sewer System
Improvements 16-Inch Force Main Florida Avenue Project.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 28th day of April,
2009.
