BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute a contract with R & B
Group, Inc., Houston,Texas, in the amount of$1,296,743.00 forthe 23rd Street Lift Station
Rehabilitation Project.
