BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to apply for and receive funding
in an amount up to$900,000 through the Neighborhood Stabilization Program provided by
the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 21 st day of April,
2009.
