BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to purchase thirty(30) new traffic
signal cabinets with controllers totaling $372,700 from Naztec, Inc., the sole vendor of
equipment that is completely compatible with the City's existing Naztec traffic signal
equipment.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 21 st day of April,
2009.
