BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT Jimmy Hamm and Terrence Holmes be appointed as part-time City Magistrates of
the City of Beaumont Municipal Court for a two(2)yearterm. Compensation shall be$250
per session.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 21 st day of April,
2009.
