ENTITLEDAN ORDINANCE VACATING AND ABANDONING
A 30'X 70.52' PORTION OF AN UNNAMED 30'STREET AND
DRAINAGE EASEMENT LOCATED APPROXIMATELY 118'
EAST OF THE DEAD-END OF KIPLING DRIVE, BEAUMONT,
JEFFERSON COUNTY, TEXAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT a 30' x 70.52' portion of an unnamed street and drainage easement, beginning at
the southeast corner of Lot 22, Block 1, Treadway Place Addition and continuing in a
northerly direction for a distance of 70.52' and ending at the northeast corner of Lot 22,
Block 1,Treadway Place Addition, City of Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas, containing
0.048 acres, more or less, as shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto, be and the same is
hereby vacated and abandoned and that title to such property shall revert to and become
the property of the persons entitled thereto, as provided by law.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 7th day of April,
2009.
