BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to approve the purchase of a
sewer cleaning truck from Texas Underground, Inc., of Houston, Texas, in the amount of
$162,216.00 through the Houston-Galveston Area Council (H-GAC) Cooperative
Purchasing Program for use by the Sewer Maintenance Division.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 10th day of
March, 2009.
