BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the purchase of two (2)generators for use at the
Wastewater Treatment Plant from Mustang Cat of Houston, Texas, in the amount of
$772,045 through the Texas Association of School Boards(TASB)BuyBoard Cooperative
Purchasing Program.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 10th day of
March, 2009.
