BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a one-year extension to the
Interlocal Agreement entered into on August 29, 2000, with the Texas Youth
Commission/Jefferson County State School wherein the City agrees to provide primary fire
protection when requested for an annual fee of $2,500.00.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 10th day of
March, 2009.
