BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the purchase of two (2) tractors for use by the
Parks & Property Services Division and the Henry Homberg Golf Course from Beaumont
Tractor Company, Inc., in the amount of $52,650.00 through the Texas Association of
School Boards (TASB) BuyBoard Cooperative Purchasing Program.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 10th day of
March, 2009.
