WHEREAS, in accordance with the City's write-off policy for delinquent accounts in
excess of$1,000, delinquent Weed Abatement charges in the amount of$14,640.86 and
Demolition charges in the amount of$4,559.00 in the name of Walter Kyles, Jr., Et Ux, as
shown in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, were deemed uncollectible by Resolution Nos. 00-
006, 05-259, 06-326 and 08-305; and
WHEREAS, Walter Kyles, Jr., is a member of the City of Beaumont Planning and
Zoning Commission and said accounts are considered collectible;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT previously written-off Weed Abatement charges in the amount of$14,640.86 and
Demolition charges in the amount of$4,559.00 in the name of Walter Kyles, Jr., Et Ux, be
and they are hereby reinstated for collection.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 10th day of
March, 2009.
