BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the purchase of tractors and mowers as shown
below in the amount of$81,088.71 from Lansdowne-Moody Co., L.P., of Houston, Texas,
through the Houston-Galveston Area Council (H-GAC)Cooperative Purchasing Program:
