BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to renew the loan agreement with
the National Museum of the United States Air Force regarding the loan of the jet displayed
at the Babe D. Zaharias Park.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 24th day of
February, 2009.
