BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the purchase of a motor grader from Waukesha
Pearce Inc. of Houston, Texas, in the amount of$163,159 through the Texas Association
of School Boards (TASB) BuyBoard Cooperative Purchasing Program.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 10th day of
February, 2009.
