BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the purchase of a grappler truck from Chastang's
Bayou City Autocar of Houston, Texas, in the amount of $208,983 through the Texas
Association of School Boards(TASB) BuyBoard Cooperative Purchasing Program for use
by the Solid Waste Department.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 10th day of
February, 2009.
