BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT three (3) weeks of additional vacation days be added to the current accrual levels
of the full-time City Magistrates Craig Lively and Theodore Johns, Sr. Said additional
vacation days will be available for use commencing with the pay period beginning February
23, 2009.
NOTWITHSTANDING the foregoing benefits, all other terms and conditions of
employment with the City of Beaumont shall be pursuant to City policy and the Charter of
the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 10th day of
February, 2009.
