the Van Wormer Addition as shown below for the Downtown Event Center and Park
Project:
Lots 1 - 5 and 8 - 11, Block 24, Van Wormer Addition
(310-320 Archie; 900 Block Crockett Street.)
Value: $71,000.00
Owner: Rick Conerly
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the above described property be, and the same is hereby,
approved.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 10th day of
February, 2009.
