BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to convey city-owned property
located at 405 Jeanette Street, Beaumont, Texas, described as HAPP J and D, L3, B1,
Abstract 026500, to the Beaumont Community Housing Development Organization
(BCHDO) for the acquisition and reconstruction of affordable housing for a low/moderate
income family.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 3rd day of
February, 2009. �}
